From DXF to finished component

We check flat patterns, bend radii, grain direction and bending tolerances.

Sheet optimisation

For serial work, nesting and material utilisation are reviewed.

Secondary operations

Threading, welding, machining and surface treatment are coordinated.

Kitting

Parts can be marked, packed in sets and supplied ready for assembly.

Repeatability and assembly readiness

For bent components, tolerances, measurement method and datums are agreed. Complex geometries can begin with a trial part.
