Data is used solely to contact you, review the enquiry, prepare a quotation and potentially perform the resulting cooperation. It may include your name, company, contact details, technical information and attached files.
Processing and retention
Data is processed to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and to handle business correspondence. It is retained for as long as necessary to manage the enquiry and later to comply with legal obligations or defend against claims.
Form service and recipients
The form uses the technical service FormSubmit to forward the enquiry to the company email address. Hosting, email and IT providers may also process data only to the extent necessary to operate the website and handle the enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing and may object to processing. Contact biuro@metalworkcnc.pl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Technical files
Do not include personal or specially protected information that is not necessary for quotation. For confidential technical documentation, an NDA can be arranged before files are sent.
