CNC Turning

Turned parts from prototype to repeatable serial production.

Shafts, sleeves, rings, flanges, housings and threaded parts in steel, aluminium, non-ferrous metals and engineering plastics.

MetalWorkCNC B2B

A process selected for geometry and volume

We review diameter, length, material, tolerances, surface finish and quantity. Depending on the component, production may use conventional lathes, CNC turning centres, bar-fed machines or equipment intended for large dimensions.

CNC Turning

Capabilities

  • external and internal turning
  • grooves, tapers, chamfers and formed surfaces
  • metric, imperial and special threads
  • drilling, reaming and secondary operations
  • production from bar, tube, forging or prepared blank
  • available capacity up to approximately Ø1100 × 3000 mm, component-dependent

Typical components

  • drive shafts and pins
  • sleeves, spacers and rings
  • flanges and connectors
  • axial housings and hydraulic parts
  • machine replacement parts
  • bar-fed serial components

How we reduce launch risk

DFM review

We check datums, tool access, tolerances and stable workholding.

Trial batch

New projects can start with a prototype or short approval series.

Inspection

Measurement scope and required documents are agreed before production.

Deliveries

After approval, we plan repeat batches, packing and transport.

Materials and secondary processes

We also coordinate heat treatment, grinding, anodising, zinc plating, blackening, hard chrome and other drawing requirements. Material and quality documentation are confirmed in the quotation.
